Liked The room itself was nice and clean. Shower foam and towels provided and the bed and pillows were great. However, securing the space and getting to the correct building and finding the keys were a total nightmare. Must emphasise that you need Malaysian bank account to pay and receive back the deposit. You can't pay it through the app. The signage in the buildings is next to zero, we walked around for 30 minutes trying to find the right building and then another 30 minutes trying to find the mailbox to get the keys. The video that the customer service sent was not helpful because they assumed we were coming by car and we were not. Will not book again
