Stay @ NOVO Ampang

Liked The location of the property was excellent. Only a 30 minute walk into the city. Some great bars and restaurants near by which was good. The pool was lovely. Gym was ok but it was a shame the air con didn’t work

Disliked My room was terrible. It was not ran by Novo, it was ran by another company. I did end up booking another room

Liked I like the stuff he was very polite and the room was clean with good view and everything was perfect

Liked would not let my wife check in as they said they did not recognize booking.com, took two hours to get checked in

Disliked there was no room cleaning staff so for 5 days the room was uncleaned. they would not even let me keep the keys at the desk for my son to collect, as they stated it was booked through booking.com. I was very confused by their attitude regarding this booking agency. The cafe would not accept cash.

Liked Friendly and helpful staff , location and facilities is great ( gym , sauna Pool ) . The only drawback is the cleanliness of room. And I expect the service to be like a hotel that there’s daily cleaning and towel changes . Overall it’s good value for money but cleaniness could put off many people
