StarQ Hotel Bukit Bintang

Disliked I didn’t get to stay at this hotel because of an issue on their side. After making a booking, I was informed that the room was unavailable due to a leaking/maintenance issue, so I had to find another place to stay. It was really inconvenient and disappointing, especially since I had already made a booking. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but the hotel should have handled the situation better instead of leaving guests to sort out their own accommodation. Just to be clear, I didn’t actually stay at the hotel. This review is based on my booking experience.

Liked The location was top notch, the rooms are very clean and spacious and the staff is very kind, warm and helpful. Very good value for money.

Disliked If you get a room facing the street is get’s very noisy at night cause the hotel is near the main crossroads of Bukit Bintang and it’s very lively all night

Disliked The location was not suitable for us. The room was not clean, with spider webs and a spider inside. There was also a lot of noise, which made it very uncomfortable to stay. I left after only one night because of these problems. I also requested a refund for the unused nights, but I still have not received my money back.
