Great apartment, location and facilities, but noisy aircon needs attention
Liked The apartment was as described: well equipped, on a high floor and in a fantastic location. We enjoyed access to the residential tower’s excellent facilities, including level 88, which offered amazing views of the Petronas Towers and the city, along with a smaller second pool and a restaurant. Overall, a pleasant stay.
Disliked The master bedroom’s air conditioner urgently needs replacing. It was so noisy that we used the ceiling fan instead. The second bedroom was very dark, with its window facing a shaft and offering no view, although the room and bed were otherwise fine. The floor-to-ceiling windows also offered little privacy from the opposite tower unless the blackout curtains were closed. All communication before arrival and during check-in took place via WhatsApp with an unnamed contact, which felt a little impersonal. Once we messaged our arrival, a representative met us in the lobby to hand over the keys and collect payment. This worked smoothly, although the arrangement felt a little unconventional.
