Disliked Stink of cigarettes in both apartments. The first one they took us to was not the one we booked online. So they did move us which was great. But both really stink of cigarettes

Disliked Be careful with these apartments, don’t get fooled. This is a complete scam! We paid the money, but no one even bothered to communicate. No one responded to our messages. Be alert — you will lose your money!
Disliked DO NOT BOOK! I never received check-in instructions and the host was unreachable for multiple days via Booking.com messages, WhatsApp, and the phone number had blocked incoming calls. The listing advertised a 24/7 front desk, but lobby staff had no knowledge of this property or host. I was unable to access the accommodation at all and had to book alternative lodging for x3 the price at my own expense. Even after that I still have not received our refund as it was promised from their side during a recorded call which we had when I finally reached someone on night of 2nd January, 3 days after our supposed check in, at that point of course I already had booked another stay. This is the worst experience of my vacation stays. Fortunately I have proof of all their ignorance and I hope this still can be resolved.
