Star Residences One

Good but could be better.

Liked Star Residences is in a great location very close to the LRT and just across from Suria and AK mall, the Petronas Towers and KLCC Park. The pool and gym facilities are excellent. When we did have a problem the people managing the apartments were always friendly, helpful and tried to sort things out.

Disliked We were given the option to move apartments after 3 days because the washing machine was not working. The first apartment was also infested with tiny ants in the kitchen. Its advertised as having a microwave but neither apartments did. The cutlery and crockery is all mixed and very lacking. 2 mismatched glasses and 2 different mugs. The 2nd apartment didn't even have any plates. Bedside lamps don't work and the apartments are quite tired and need a repaint. They were clean though.

Perfect match to explore the city from there

Liked Directly located nearby the Petronas Towers, restaurants and some shops. Astonishing view from the pool on the rooftop.

Liked Nice apt in the hear tof KLCC< the host was great and in communication with us via WhatsApp, even the little problems we had it was taken care with straight away.

Disliked please check all equipment before hiring out.

Liked The unit is very clean & recommended.Nice View.Pool has a very awesome KLCC view.Host is helpful & reply to whatsapp msges.Easy payment to booking.com so no need to pay more deposit upon check in.
