Star residance KLCC-Two bedroom Apartment

disappointed

Disliked The room did not match the description and photos in the listing. There was no dining table, the kitchen was missing adequate cutlery and plates to be a workable apartment for three, let alone four, guests. The kitchen cupboards and some plates and cups were dirty, and the second bedroom had no robe and was the width of the double bed. We tried to remedy some of these issues with the agent, but he failed to understand our concerns.

There were some uncertainties when checking in, we’ve arrived at the wrong building at first, but it was sorted out quic

Liked The location

Liked Very nice view through the windows

Very noisy, poor service, limited facilities, and disappointing for the price

Liked I do NOT recommend it; however, the location is close to KLCC. The view from the apartment was nice, especially from the higher floors.

Disliked I was disappointed with this stay considering the price. The apartment is located next to a busy road, and the noise from cars and motorcycles continued throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The hairdryer provided was not suitable for the local power specifications, and despite several calls to the host and a promise to replace it, no replacement was provided. The rooftop swimming pool was so small, and no laundry detergent was provided even though the apartment included a washing machine. Overall, I do not think this property offers good value for money compared to other apartments I stayed in during my trip.

The best

Liked The best, cleaned and everything perfect

an awful experience — would not stay again.

Liked The location of Star Residence KLCC is generally good,

Disliked but our experience was very disappointing overall. The address listed on Booking.com was misleading, which made it quite difficult to find the property. We had to go back and forth multiple times before finally locating it. When we arrived, the apartment was not clean and had a strong, unpleasant smell throughout. There were ants on the benchtop, on the floor all around and the couch was so dirty that my wife and kids refused to sit on it. I reported these issues to the staff, but the response was minimal—they simply came in and sprayed air freshener, which didn’t resolve the underlying problems. Overall, the experience was awful. If we had the option, we would have left and stayed somewhere else.
