Liked Nice and centrally located within a short walking distance to twin towers.

Liked The security at the front desk.

Disliked The intense smell of pure, undiluted bleach in the rooms.The stained sheets, peeling wallpaper and paint, stained, grubby furniture. It stated there was views of Petronas towers, could partially see 1 tower. Tried to cancel due to headache from bleach, shown to a slightly better looking room but strong bleach smell. Don't trust these people!

Liked The host didn’t show up and we have to book for another apartment… We tried calling the host and message but no answer at all… I have already paid for the apartment how can the host be so irresponsible when i am supposed to check in on the 01 Jan 2026 but i didn’t get response from the host…we arrived KL with our luggages & security told us host is not responding…

Disliked Not a responsible host and suspect to be a scam… Not recommended to book from the host… A very bad experience not getting a response when you have already arrived…
