Disliked The staff that manage Faruk wasn’t that helpful and rude. when we ask for extra prayer mat is not available. Washroom is smelly and the bedsheets is not clean with an ants!!

The hotel is very beautiful from the outside but I was a little disappointed with The pillows dirty

Liked The amount I paid was different from what I received on the app. The pillowcase was very dirty and my scalp was very itchy. Everything else was fine.

Liked Not much but the location was quite good.

Disliked The room smelt terrible. It has a massive black mould stain across the entire shower ceiling......which we believe was the cause of the smell. The host Faruk whom we had to deal with to get the keys as very standoffish to the point of being rude.

A choice if you want to be near the heart of KL, but several issues to solve

Liked Location & Views The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Petronas Twin Towers. The rooftop pool offers beautiful city views, especially at night. Modern Facilities & Cleanliness The apartment and common areas were clean and well-maintained, with a modern style that feels inviting. Good Amenities The building offers pools, a gym, and in-apartment laundry facilities, which are very convenient. The kitchen, although missing some items, allows just for very basic meal preparation. Responsive Communication Communication with the host was very good and quick — we always received prompt replies to our questions and requests.

Disliked Naphthalene (Mothball) Issue We had to change rooms because the first one had an unbearable smell of naphthalene. Even in the second room, we still found some mothballs. It’s important to note that people can be allergic to this. Uncomfortable Beds The mattresses were far too hard for our taste. Kitchen Equipment Several basic utensils were missing, limiting the usability of the kitchen. Excessive Elevator Wait Times The wait time for elevators was very long, especially during peak hours.

We enjoyed our stay and the use of the pools etc. and the view was amazing it was just a bit of a strange set up for rec

Liked The pools were wonderful and the place was clean.

Disliked Not having a reception desk was strange so needing to communicate with various security officers or a host on what’s app. Also cash only no card.
