Next to a construction site

Liked Not much.

Disliked The apartment is very run down and needs a deep clean on things like the AC units where there is mould and it smells. The building construction next door is very load all day until late and makes the balcony unusable and even inside with the doors close it was still load.

Liked Great location. Very clean apartment. A/c needs to be fixed
