Time wasted .

Disliked The person handle this was very unprofessional . He let people wait till the very last minute and tell you that the facility had problems then suggested you to go to another place that will forced you to share a place with someone else . Honestly I still wonder how many people he scammed already . The experience was 100% disappointing and I insisted on my refund although it stated there non refundable because this is scamming people . You took money for what was originally they booked for and send them to another place where people cant even enjoy the stay since we had to share with someone else . Mind you not all people are okay with this nonsense .

Not trust Agent

Liked Very disappointing experience. The agent cancelled our booking at the last minute after we had already arrived in Penang. Our check-in time was supposed to be 3:00 PM, but when I repeatedly asked for the unit number and key collection details, the agent informed me that the unit had already been sold and was no longer under their management. The agent claimed that Booking.com was still displaying the unit even though it was no longer available. I was then asked to cancel the reservation myself through Booking.com and was told that a refund would be processed. This caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and wasted time, especially after travelling and arriving at our destination. The property should not have been listed if it was no longer available for booking.

Could have been a glorious vacation ... instead of a circus!

Liked The location was impeccable. I have to say it is a five star location, but unfortunately marred by poor property maintenance of its accommodation units. The only saving grace is their support staff who were heroically working to save the day despite the impossible situation of dealing with constantly malfunctioning facilities.

Disliked In short, the property maintenance is truly shocking, ... for a hospitality provider to check in a guest without first ensuring the unit facilities are in working order or that safety of guests are not compromised. It's a wonder they are still in business. It's a serious blow to Penang tourism to have operators like this running any establishment in the state.

Disliked Poorly managed, no prior check in instructions given & needed to call numerous times, finally got diverted to a Sanguine Smart Venture to handle check in process Asked for rm280 payment ie surcharge rm180 +100 deposit & threaten to cancel booking when we’re already in Penang 😤 Complaint about bedroom AC & bathroom water heater not working but fall on deaf ears, 2 days without AC😱 Requested for surcharge cancellation/ refund due to poor condition of unit but was ignored

Disliked Description on Booking.Com was a 2 bedroom apartment. This is NOT 2 bedroom. Only 1 (ONE) bedroom. A queen bed was placed in the living room . See photo of bed in living room. The kettle was not working. Messaged the staff to replace but they DID NOT replace the kettle. The stove top took 2 hours to boil a pot of water. Only hot water in the kitchen sink to wash plates. NO hot water in the attached bathroom with bathtub. Messaged the staff, nothing was done. NOT WORTH TO RENT THIS STRAITS QUAY 1 bedroom apartment.
