I feel scammed by booking this stay. I wouldn’t recommend this stay
Liked The location of the property was nearby klcc.
Disliked 1. I booked a 3 bedroom & a 2 bedroom apartment. The 2 bedroom was maintained well, but the 3 bedroom apartment was terrible and dirty. The tv remote did not work. The common bathroom was clogging in shower area so water slow to drain. 2. The apartments were listed with a rooftop swimming pool. However when we checked-in, we were told that renovation works are going on and the pool and gym facilities are closed. We had a lot planned at the swimming pool. 3. The people managing the 3 bedroom unit was not Malaysian and we had difficulties in communication 4. Immediate full payment is requested upon booking, so I am unable to cancel 5. Actually, the management of this place does not allow short term rental. So a lot of things had to be done quietly. This was not something we signed up for when booking this place.
