Spacious Homestay - Group Friendly Tebrau Area

Nice stay at Tebrau

Liked The host was very nice, prompt in replying to my queries and provided detailed check-in information. Snacks and drinks were provided and we appreciate it. Location is near aeon mall. Tv with games console.

Disliked Only one lift available as the other was under repair. Sofa was maybe dusty that made us itchy. Out of bathing soap in one bathroom. Other than that, the rest was ok.

Happy and will want to book the same apartment again in 2026.

Disappointing stay, though location was good.

Liked 1. Good location near to Aeon Tebrau and Toppen. 2. Service was good. Provided simple birthday decorations for free.

Disliked (A) Apartment was very run down. 1. Beds were old, hard, uncomfortable and too low. We did not sleep well. 2. There was no coffee table and we had to hold our bowls to eat while watching tv. 3. Tv was too small (32 inch). 4. Sofa was hard and uncomfortable. 5. There were not enough chairs at the dining table. Only 4 chairs. Stools should have been provided. 6. There was no bedside table and lamp in the bedroom. No place to put our stuff. 7. Hair dryer no good. Kept stopping while we used it. (B) Lift broke down on first day of our stay and we had to climb up and down the stairs from level 6. (C) Padlock was hard to open. Took a few minutes to open the padlock with keys. (D) Apartment was noisy. We can hear the sounds of neighbours and cars at night. It interrupted our sleep.

Liked Proximity to Aeon Mall.

Disliked It appeared that the building housed many foreign workers and less for tourists.

Liked All is very convenient with all the shopping malls nearby.

Disliked We booked during the festives so will be very noisy with all the fireworks.

Disliked the photo does not match at all .I dun even want to take the photo coz it was really horrible. the water pressure of the bathrooms was terrible.
