Liked Fast response to my needs, the toilet light was dim. He able to change the bulb for me on the same day. Water filter and washing machine with detergent is available. Toilet paper is enough for 4 nights

I hope for my next trip to kuching.Please do convenience to us the grab to access through the lobby

Liked Strategic place which can go through the shops well.convenient for us to lift all our lugagges through lobby from jazz suite because last year,we need to pass by the shops so veru unpleasant to us and more theres our old man to carry his luggages aling the way to lobby.

Disliked No entertainment..had astro but specific channel only.even netflix also cant do.

Good choice for 3 nights stay!!

Liked Available parking, quiet at night , clean when we arrived, and the apartment is spacious.

This placed was highly recomended because it was secured.

Liked Everyhing Good, Clean, great enviroment which above the vivacity mall and everything kinda convenient n comfortable.

Disliked The day we supposed check in on 30/11 at 1500pm ,When we arrived at the mall, Agent failed to contact and no message, no emails or any information to collect the access card nor keys. Agent did not share the information and the instructions to check in or code for collecting the key from mailbox. Thanks to the cleaner and security guy, share a contact said this Agent might help. Thx to Mr Ho the other Agent! The original Agent only reply my message after 1840pm then share the instruction and other informations. reason he late reply caused he was in the fligh.
