Liked The customer service was excellent and very prompt. My mom accidentally left her phone behind and asked for their assistance, they quickly helped us locate it and we managed to collect back the phone in time. Very professional and efficient service. Highly recommended!
Disliked There is only one bathroom, and there was an unpleasant smell inside, If there are many people, will have to take turns using it, which was quite inconvenient

Disliked There were many cockroaches in the toilet and the room beside the toilet. The toilet was dirty and smelly. The extra pillow cases were dirty and smelly too.
Liked Clean, nice city view and had gym
Disliked The property was an office converted to homestay and the only homestay in the same level of other office.
Liked The location is great, close to airport and convenience with food. The home is good and beds are comfortable.
Disliked The shower is just warm, but the weather is so hot so it’s turn out okay. (May be we just don’t know how to operate correctly)
