Liked Everything was exactly as described – clean, spacious, and equipped with complete amenities (fully functional kitchen, fast WiFi, fresh towels, toiletries, and even a washing machine). The location was convenient, close to shops and transport, making it easy to explore.

Tedious stay

Liked The staffs in contact on call/whatsapp were very friendly. When facing room cleaning issues, they were very responsive. The place was alright. Its located at a great place in Bangsar South

Disliked When we checked in, we realised the bedsheets were not done, the bathroom had hair all over and towels were used and laid everywhere. The room had not been cleaned before we came. We had to wait for close to 2 hours for the cleaners to come have the place cleaned. Also, this property is at a residential building. Hence, this room is actually not an authorised homestay. We had to enter as visitors to gain the access card and only then enter in again to park. This was truly stressful and shady. Was really upset this was not raised in their description and was only informed of this a day before check in.

Convenient, comfort and will come again

Liked Location. Within comfortable walking distance to LRT station, to KL Gateway Mall and the Sphere. The key collection process is a bit inconvenient, but no big issue. We needed a QR code to enter into the lobby, in order to collect the key cards, but the QR code could not be generated due to a system error. Fortunately, there were a lot of people coming out and going in. So we managed to catch one of those open door opportunities.
