All good except the smell

Disliked At some points the whole morning, there will be a strong sewage smell coming from the toilets. Informed the staff and was told it’s normal and they can’t do anytg about it.

Liked It’s near the kopi tiam below the condo. It’s a short distance to Mid Valley Shopping Centre. Price per night was attractive to those who are not looking for anything fanciful.

Disliked The checking in instructions describe using keys to access but it has been changed to a token. The gate to the unit can’t be locked but I guess owner thinks it’s a small matter. The unit is quite bare - not much decor. There is no tea spoon in the utensils provided. The power points in master bedroom could be more purposefully located so that both users can access it on each side of the bed. I realised the power points in the whole unit may be meant for the electric vacuum cleaner. The master bedroom basin is a little clogged up. Shower room needs to be better spruced up with dirt and moss building up between tiles and window shades. Windows screens not being cleaned for quite sometime. The QR code for access does not work on the day of checkout.

Take the normal units in the building, this is not worth the price.

Liked They have security guards and need QR code to get in, so its abit safer for the residence.

Disliked The planet lights are faulty, the running light drop, the shower head tube metal came off. and one of the heater is not working. floor is sticky. the air hocker puck is badly damaged. I thought it looks fun as there are bunk beds, air hockey etc... but i think go for normal rooms will be good enough.

Disliked -The master bedroom toilet had an awful stench that made the master bedroom impossible to sleep in. - Master bedroom toilet was clogged - Sofa was stained, everything was not well maintained - All the pillows were hard and high. Very uncomfortable. Didn’t have a good sleep. Checked out first thing in the morning at 8am.

Disliked The overall condition of the apartment feels quite dated and in need of maintenance. One of the common bedrooms has no functioning power socket, making it impossible to charge electronic devices. The master bathroom also had a drainage issue, as the shower water would not drain properly, so we had to use the common bathroom for showering instead. Basic shower gel and shampoo were provided, but there was no conditioner. In addition, neither bathroom had a shower rack or shelf, so toiletries had to be placed on the floor while showering, which was rather inconvenient. Overall, the apartment gives a very minimalist impression. It provides the basic necessities, such as a bed to sleep in, but lacks the comfort, convenience, and attention to detail that would make the stay more enjoyable. Considering we paid nearly $200 for just one night, we did not feel the accommodation offered good value for money. We understand that this is not a luxury property, but at this price point, we expected a better-maintained room and basic amenities to be in proper working condition. Our expectations were reasonable given the nightly rate, which is why the overall experience was somewhat disappointin
