Liked Actually, almost nothing. The earlier reviews are overrated. YouTube guide provided was rather useless as instructions given do not tally what really is required.

Disliked Procedure to enter is too fastidous and time wasting. QR is required whether driving or walk-in. Security will not allow entry unless there is QR code issued. Owner did not immediately release QR code after booking. When try to reach out to owner via WhatsApp, we are left waiting at the security for almost an hour with long queue. When during re-try, we observed security could not keep up with the no. of new quests checking in without QR code. Water pressure is poor, bath tube takes more than 1 hr to fill up. Hot water is lukewarm at best. Rain shower is a joke,more like drip facet. Shower spray is leaking. 4 lifts but often is over filled and takes more than 8 min to arrive per wait. Only positive is floor is clean. Master bedroom has mattress with no back support and poor support. Other bedrooms has better support.

Good for a short stay.

Liked Location of the apartment was ideal, within minutes to go anywhere. We also appreciate the room facilities such as the extra mattresses, blankets, iron and clean crockery. The air-conditioner in all rooms worked well.

Disliked Cleanliness of the apartment could be better. When we arrived, the bathroom floor was wet and it had an unpleasant musty smell that lingered throughout. The bath towels also carried a musty smell when wet. The duvet/ quilt in the master bedroom is worn out and should be replaced.

Overall nice to stay and good view toward mid valley.

Disliked The response of the owner was not within the pain upon messaging the issue. Even with the condo card we are not allow to use the resident car lane to enter n exit which was mentioned by the owner.

Satisfied except some hiccup on blankets & QR code

Liked Location fine but host forget to provide QR code when arrival. Faced issues with security guard as insisting for it.

Disliked Please provide the QR code in advance as we have already booked, confirmed & paid for it.
