Liked Excellent location for walking to the main attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were good, with fruit included. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here, and would highly recommend this place,

Disliked Rooms are a little run down. Pool needs a clean.
Liked Comfortable room, clean, opposite a supermarket and near some eateries. Pool and gym looked decent but didn’t have the opportunity to use.
Disliked Window view is not good as pictured, can be completely blocked by the tall brown building opposite unless on an extremely high floor or depending on orientation. Key cards two didn’t work, then another two stopped working, required multiple exchanges. Bathroom cabinet wouldn’t close fully. Bath water wasn’t as hot as I’d like and requires 20min wait to heat up.
Liked I was there for 6 nights last month in September 2026 and I would say the staff is really helpful and the location is really nice. 5 minutes away from the metro station and Petronas probably 15 mins away by walk.
Disliked It’s a shame that they don’t have breakfast buffet. Something to consider while booking

Liked Beautiful hotel close to the KLCC park. Everything was ok, the room was very comfortable and we used the swimming pool located on the rooftop of the building, even if unfortunately due to a higher building close to the hotel one, it’s not possible to see anymore the Petronas towers.
Disliked Breakfast is very easy and without many choices.
