Liked The location is good and near town. The house is big and comfort. The staff is helpful as i left my thing there , they inform me and help me to keep properly.

Liked The unit is clean, neat, spacious and rooms are comfortable. What you see in the photo is what you get. Locations is excellent, 5 mins walk to Pulau Tikus market good eatery. Place is also quiet. Response from the caretaker is also good when I had a problem.

Disliked Is not a big deal but I had to call them to get the check in information. The place was not ready when arrived at 3.00 pm. Anyway, things get sorted out in less than an hour. Overall is still a positive and pleasant stay for what we paid for. We are also satisfied with their responses...

Liked The cleaning services to bad. Need improve on it. And very poor response from management and no properly details giving by management

Liked Location is good. House feels cozy. Nice lighting. Easy access to many attractions

Disliked The bedsheets and pillow smelled like sweat, and bed was dusty in all rooms, felt itchy while sleeping. The water filter was switched on but there was a sticker on it stating not to use it. My elderly relative noticed the sticker after drinking the water and found it taste funny, thus searched for the last service date - we couldn't find it. She had sore throat after that. The top most bathroom, the outlet is clogged unable to bathe there. The house need thorough cleaning after each stay, not just superficial readjustment.

Disliked No shower gel or soap provided.. we sent what’s app but no reply!! We have to go out shopping at night and not familiar with surrounding area Also, we had a storm one night and was ‘raining’ in a twin room in mid level!! There’s a bad water mark means it has happened before. Guest bed , mattress etc were drenched and have to move to another bed in the middle of the night as everything was cold and wet!!
