Soho Suites KLCC by Rest Kuala Lumpur

Liked The staff's exceptional friendliness and remarkable promptness in addressing our needs are greatly appreciated. We particularly valued the special arrangements made by the management upon learning it was my son's birthday. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable.

Disliked The bathroom is experiencing a leak, resulting in a wet floor. It would be beneficial to have a broom available for sweeping up the water.

Liked Everything ok

Disliked Except the dryer not working.

very pleasant

Liked free parking, location

Spacious apartment, good location.

Liked Great apartment that was very spacious and clean. Was in a great location for accessing different areas. Shops and places to eat are closed by. Good air con in the room and reliable WiFi. You can access the pool on site for a small fee. I can't remember how much but it was cheap. I was added to a WhatsApp group chat with the people who owned the apartment. This was handy as all info was posted here. Could also ask any questions and they would get back to you right away.

Disliked Only one key card was given which was sometimes inconvenient when my husband and I wanted to leave the apartment at different times. You are unable to access into the building or use the lifts without it.
