Disliked The toilet was connected between two rooms. Need to install key from outside so that people from other rooms cannot enter the other.

Disliked I would like to raise several issues regarding our stay. Firstly, one of the parking access cards was not working, so we had to park at the visitor parking instead. Secondly, the room arrangement was different from what was stated in the booking details. The listing indicated that the unit had 2 bedrooms, with one room having 2 single beds and the other having 1 queen bed. However, upon arrival, both bedrooms had queen beds, and there was only 1 bathroom. The room also had a musty smell, and the furniture and overall condition of the unit appeared quite old and poorly maintained. I also contacted the owner regarding these issues, but unfortunately, there was no response to my request. Overall, the actual condition and facilities were not consistent with the information provided in the booking, and the lack of response from the owner made the situation even more disappointing. I hope this matter can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution can be provided.

Overall great.

Liked The room is very clean, the view also very nice, great view with KLCC at the back. Staff is very nice and helpful, fast reply in WhatsApp too. The escalator speed is fast and we didn't wait for long time. Location is great as there is plenty of restaurants nearby and 10min walking distance to KLCC is just perfect.

Disliked The washroom is very spacing just that the shower room is a little bit compact for big size people but not too much of a problem if you left the shower door open. Maybe can get more plug or provide an extension wire would be nice as there's not enough plug for us to charge our phones and powerbank.
