Misleading phoyos and description, Disappointing experience

Liked Location was good. Staff was easy to be contacted.

Disliked It is a very poorly maintained property. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for 4 nights. Spaces were vert cluttered and congested particularly in bedrooms, barely enough space to walk. Cups and plates were stained, used and dirty kitchen cloths were provided. Bathrooms had mould in corners and around drains.Air conditioning vents seemed like they were not touched for cleaning in ages, with dust and dirt hanging down from them. There was an unpleasant odour around. It was extremely disappointing that condition of property did not match the photos and description advertised. Its listing as 4 star was very misleading, where it was not even a 3 star. We checked out after just one nigh and had to pay $$ for finding a decent place in urgencyt. We shared photos with host and requested for refund, however, they refused a refund, even after acknowledging the issues. They offered to send people to get issues 'fixed', although the long term poor maintenance issues were impossible to resolve in a matter of few hours, and it was anyways not acceptable to us to have repair works done during our holiday. Liked 1. Extra ordinary support from the coordinator Mr Shahin that willingly to accommodate my super late check in at 130am in the midnite. As my car broke down and stuck at highway. We got rescued and when we arrived at this homestay at 1.30am, Mr Shahin has supported us by showing the parking, make us comfortable at home and has provided the mineral water bottles and also the dispenser. 2. The house are super clean, comfortable and top notch. 3. Service for check out are super easy and no hustle. This is just the way u want to spend to wind up a day comfortably.

Liked Very near to mall

Liked Convenient and with beautiful views, I recommend finding accommodations in the same building that have a free swimming pool or gym.

Disliked You should state in the booking.com listing that there is no free swimming pool or gym.

Short visit to KL

Liked Our host greeted us on arrival and check out, helped us with the bags as well which was much appreciated. Very good, quick communication via WhatsApp and responded promptly when we had an issue. Very good location, walking distance from the towers.

Good location and air con

Liked The location was great - very well connected and about 10 mins to KLCC and the towers. The beds were comfortable and the host came to meet us and sent a detailed suggestion message. Great aircon

Disliked You had to pay to use the pool which I don’t recall being listed. The host told us this when we checked in and said the children would be free (5 & 3 years old) however when we went there they charged for all of us so we decided not to use it. The bathroom had a leaky roof which I think is a result of the airconditioning. We didn’t stay long enough for this to be a huge issue but there was a bad smell as a result. The second bedroom was big enough only for a bed and closing the door was a challenge. The gym was also closed and under construction
