Overall okay just not clean outside house and no microwave

Liked Location strategic. Nice home. Suitable for families. Lots of pillows and blankets.

Disliked No microwave to heat food just electric cook. Not to clean outside the house. Only inside clean.

Disliked Fyi, this is my second stay at Palas Horizon but with different tenants. So the cons here: 1. The bedsheet and pillow wasn’t clean enough. I noticed a lot of yellow spots (I’m not sure what they were), but yeah, it was quite dirty. 2. The floor was a little bit sticky. 3. The fridge still had some dried condensed milk inside. 4. I woke up at 3 a.m. and felt disturbed at that time (I heard chairs being dragged and doors being opened, but this unit has no other units on the left or right. And it's quite loud too.), I'm so sorry for saying this, but it was scary, and I couldn’t sleep for my last night here. 5. The ironing board and the iron were broken, so please bring your own iron just in case. 6. The room infront of the toilet had a broken lamp and dim light. That room suitable only for sleep. 7. Inside the drawer have used cotton buds, tissues and shattered boxes. 8. The living room lamp also flickering, maybe need a new bulb I guess. 9. The corridor had a lot of bird droppings, and it was really unpleasant to walk on. Even though it’s cheaper, I really hope you can improve a lot on hygiene and cleanliness. For other issues, I can tolerate them, but cleanliness is the most i
