Smile Hotel Cheras Pudu KL

Liked Near the mall

Disliked I stayed there for three days. I stayed on the fourth floor, but there was no elevator. The bed sheets weren't clean, and the air conditioner was leaking.

Disappointed

Liked Nothing

Disliked Very disappointing Stay at here .Not worth the money. This hotel was a big mistake. The room had a strong paint smell, very uncomfortable and unhealthy to stay in. The room size is extremely small, no proper space to move at all and not have a lift. Parking was another nightmare. Touch ‘n Go cannot be used, which is very inconvenient. If parking has such restrictions, it must be clearly mentioned in Booking.com. Nothing was informed earlier.

Not too bad Malaysia people need to learn how to do customer service

Liked Good service,The room is clean, tidy, and smells nice.

Disliked There was only a small issue regarding cockroaches, “The air conditioner remote is a different brand and does not work, so the unit has to be turned off manually.”
