Liked The room is especially clean and comfy. Well decorated and all the toiletries were thoughtfully provided. Customer service is very responsive, they replied you within minutes. It's the best accommodation I have stayed in JB till date.

Disliked The room had a sewage smell throughout the night. We tried to close the toilet door but the smell was still strong. We were not sure where the smell came from.
