Liked Nice place to stay and very close to the city
Disliked Only got two lifts and one was broke down. Almost waited for 45 minutes to get down. Really disappointed. The facility was not properly maintained
Liked The size of the apartment was decent.
Disliked The floors were dirty, walls were dirty and marked, fridge had dust all over it, under beds had dust balls and hair. Considering you are made to keep it clean and also pay a cleaning fee, I would sack whoever is 'cleaning it'. There was no hot water for showers at all, so they were luke warm at best. The air con was not adjustable, it was either on or off and no happy in-between. So you were either freezing or it was too stuffy. The double beds were also too small.
Liked The skypool was the highlight! Well appointed and clean apartment with large lounge area.
Disliked Pillows were not so comfortable but that is a personal preference. This was our favourite apartment from our whole Malaysia holiday.
Liked the decor of the unit is great, minimalist but clean. the view is excellent, the water is running great, the beds are comfy, the kitchen appliances all working properly. the small balcony is very sweet to have a relaxing cup of tea in the evenings. will come back again should we visit Penang again.
