Liked Clean. Extra mattress and quilt very useful.

Disliked Queen size beds very small. King size beds 🛏️ will be more comfortable. There should be dustbins in the rooms and toilets. Water pressure from room toilet shower 🚿 not strong. Very difficult to take shower. Half way had to go to the common toilet to take shower. Check out time should be 12 noon instead of 11 a.m.

Superb

Liked A well kept apartment that had everything we needed for our stay. Close to a food court and a short walk to R&F Mall. Ethan was the perfect host and answered any questions we had. Everything was so organised at the apartment and things were easy to find/use.

Disliked There is a lot of construction going on in JB and if you're a light sleeper make sure to ask if there's construction going on nearby. It didn't bother us too much, the traffic jams were way more annoying.
