Disliked Firstly, the key collection process is very inconvenient. You have to go to a nearby food stall to pick up the key. Imagine if it’s raining—there’s no shelter, which makes it even worse. Compared to other homestays where you can simply get the key from a letterbox or concierge. Secondly, the carpark is another issue. There’s no lift access from the carpark. You’ll need to drop your luggage at the lobby first. If you’re travelling alone, you’ll have to carry your heavy luggage down the stairs, which is especially difficult if you’re with elderly people or young children. Thirdly, they required a RM150 deposit and promised to refund it within 3 working days. However, after more than 3 days, there was no refund and no response to my messages. I was about to file a police report, thinking it might be a scam. Only then did they finally refund me. Most other homestays I’ve stayed at only require a RM50–RM100 deposit. I honestly don’t understand what’s so “high-end” about this place. The furniture is very outdated, the mattress and sofa are poor quality—more like a 1-star hotel. It’s definitely not worth the price. The name is very misleading—SUPER HIGH CLASS is far from the real
