Disliked Rooms So Hot...Car Park not Free have to Pay RM20 perdays...Normal Homestay is Free even at the Hotel...Host not follow up what guest inform regarding the Rooms Temperature...The Remote TV can't being used even change a new 1... Please stop using their Service...

Liked The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me. There is no front desk, and they are completely unreachable during check-in and check-out. They take your deposit but make it nearly impossible to get it back. Do not make any advance payments here.

Too Good to Be True – Misleading Listing, Agent Ghosted, Avoid at All Costs

Liked DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. I made a terrible mistake trusting Booking.com because the deal looked “too good to be true”. Please book another hotel. It may be more expensive, but it will be worth it. Sky Suites is essentially a residential apartment setup and does not really accommodate short stays. My experience aligns with what many other reviewers have mentioned. We didn’t even get to stay because our travel agent never showed up and completely ghosted us. In hindsight, I’m glad we didn’t stay. The photos shared by other guests were genuinely bad and disturbing. We had to book another hotel at the last minute during peak holiday season, so prices were extremely high, but we had no choice. I’ll also admit it was my mistake not checking Tripadvisor reviews. I relied on Booking.com, which I’ve used for over 10 years without issues, so this experience was shocking.
