Sky Suites KLCC by GENESIS

Disliked Owner simply offer different apartment/location saying this place no longer available for homestay activity. Then why use these photo as advertisement?

Terrible

Liked They have canceled our booking without telling us and when we arrived after a long flight from Australia, we had to look for another accommodation in the evening , very disappointing.

Disliked Everything was a scam

Disappointing

Liked The place we were given (vortex - different to the building and room offered) was clean

Disliked The property changed our booking to another building the day before our stay. It was due to a “leaking” problem in the original room. Once we arrived staff had met us in the entrance of the building and took us up to the room, since there is no lobby of the building the staff had to come into the room. Which we all found a bit odd. The staff then asked us to pay and that the only options were bank transfer or cash, this is not stated anywhere on the booking page and caught us completely off guard. Not only was there a man in the room, we also had to figure out how to gather cash or find someone with a Malaysian bank account to pay him straight away. The booking had required a card on hold starting from a month prior which is very misleading as they do not accept any payment through booking.com. It is after he left the room did we begin to think that there was no leak in the original room and that this is the place they had originally plan to keep us(different to what we planned). There also hidden fees that are not disclosed on booking.com, including cleaning fees and a large deposit. In addition, if the room was paid for in cash there would be no way for the deposit to return to u
