Sky Suites at KLCC by Mitstay

Liked Location and appartment

Disliked Staff, check process, and check out time @11 am. Called me and asked me to leave in 5mins.

Overall, a fantastic location

Liked Prime Location: It is within walking distance to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient.

Disliked Inefficient Check-in/Check-out: Despite informing the host that I was 15 minutes away as requested, I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes at the property for them to arrive. The waiting time for both check-in and check-out was longer than expected. Cleanliness Issues: The room needs a deeper clean. I noticed a significant amount of dust throughout the space during my stay.

Liked Good location, with good value , nice view of the city.

Disliked The guy who facilitates the key should have been nicer, engaging. He was abit tough, not really in a good manner.

Liked All amenities is new. The cleanliness is superb. Netflix and WiFi available. This is my 4th time staying in skysuit with different agents, but Mitstay provide very easy check in and check out experience, compared to previous stay, which is poorly conducted. Hope the serviced will consistent.

Disliked The parking need to pay, RM20/day.
