There was cockroaches, mould & dirt! DO NOT STAY! And we are still waiting for a refund!!!

Disliked The apartment was infested with cockroaches throughout including the sleeping area, the bedroom had mould in it and the apartment was not clean. My mother is disabled so this was an added concern! We messaged the landlord and told him about the issues. He did not seem surprised and just asked for pictures. We informed him the same night we would not be staying there and found alternative accommodation. We handed back the keys that night (5 nights ago) and are still waiting on a refund!! Very unhappy with the lack of communication, care or concern.
