Good Location. Good stay for family.

Liked This is my 2nd stay in the apartment. Good Location. As it connected to the mall. Easy for us to get grocery shopping and needs.

Disliked so far, I have not found anything that I don't like. hopefully it stays the same for our future stay.

Liked Nothing at all. It was a scammer to take my deposit without conformation and insisted never recieved my deposit despite my bank have confirm on the transfer

Disliked It was a con. Ask to transfer money for security deposit and I have transferred but keep saying not transferred and never confirmed my accommodation. Good for a short stay near Paradigm mall

Liked Appreciated the close proximity to shops and food! Smooth key retrieval and we received instructions on avoiding unnecessary parking payment. Apartment was clean and had adequate amenities for the stay. Bed was comfortable and sheets felt clean. Had electric kettle and hairdryer.

Disliked Suggestion for a map to help locate the correct entrance to the apartment block from the allocated carpark lot. We were not familiar with the place and took a long time trying different doors. Some of the power outlets were not working, as such the ?previous user had unplugged the wifi router. We had our own data plan so this was not too big a concern, however other travellers might need it.

Liked It was decent

Disliked Too many procedures for checkin & checkout including parking. Checkout time is difficult to get the lift. Too many people

It could have been a great stay but it was marred by a less than satisfactory experience due to lack of maintenance.

Liked Location is great

Disliked 1) Toilet light not working though they did replace it 1 hour after I reported it. 2) The pipe underneath the toilet basin was so badly corroded that there’s a big hole. I am surprised no one complained about it and it is something that the maintenance should have picked up. 3) Washing machine keep giving an error code so I couldn’t do my laundry at all. (1) is understandable but (2) and (3) shows that maintenance isn’t done at all.

Liked The place is clean. Value for money and prompt replies that is very appreciated.

Disliked I would appreciate if an additional card is given, very limited amenities provided. Would be great if extra pillows are provided and not only a pillow for a guest.
