Disliked We chose this Airbnb mainly because the facilities mentioned that Netflix was available. Othe second day we were suddenly logged out. We reported this to customer service, and they told us to log in with our own account. This was disappointing. We contacted them again, and they said a cleaner could come to help us log in. Later at night, we reached out directly and asked if they could provide the verification code, but they ignored our messages. They only replied on the day we checked out, which showed very poor service attitude. Additionally, the cleanliness of the unit was not very good.

Not clean enough but could be better.
