SKS Pavillion Minimalistic and Cozy studio

Liked Though it's small and minimal, it was convenient. Easy access to all locations and the staff was helpful and understanding.

Disliked Network very slow. The room would be much better with a bit more improvement.

great place for staying alone or in a couple to just chill and relax

Liked great location, clean, and the guard was super helpful

Disliked could have been alittle cleaner, especially in the nitty gritty areas but overall common and open areas were good

Overall, would definitely come here again!

Liked Its a good location! Everything is fine, what you see is what you get. What you pay is what you get too. ☺️👍🏻 Convenient as well, there is a minimart and a cafe¿ directly below the condo.

Disliked Owner couldve given a heads up that its a shared unit but alls good. Got some smell from the toilet drain or cubicle? i think better to put some diffuser or air freshener. It'll be good if you guys can invest a microwave too 🤭
