Disliked Dear Homestay Owner's I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your homestay, with the hope that it can help improve future experiences for guests. Firstly, I noticed that cleanliness could be enhanced. The towels had an unpleasant odor, so checking each one individually might be beneficial. Additionally, some lights in the rooms and living areas were not functioning, which affected the overall ambiance. I also observed that the grill was broken, which limited our ability to enjoy outdoor cooking. Lastly, the Wi-Fi connection was quite poor, making it challenging to stay connected.

Liked The cleanliness and comfortable of the room.

Disliked My first suggestion, should put tagging of qiblat direction for Muslim customers to perform prayer. My second suggestion, maybe provide 1-2 bottles of mineral water for the customer. My third suggestion, give free access of Netflix for customer.

Liked The house is very comfortable, nice and clean! . I will recommend this place to my colleagues if they need to come here for work or any leisure activities! the owner also friendly and easy to deal with. Thank you for great service and great place!

Disliked Below are some areas for improvement: 1. The air conditioner in the living room isn’t cooling properly. 2. Soap and shampoo were not provided in the washroom. 3. Water tends to clog under the wash basin in the washroom. 4. More active communication with the host.
