Simple & Sweet Urban Suite Homes @ Georgetown

Exceptional

Will never rent back the same place again

Liked Nothing

Disliked Worst experience ever!! Car park is far away from the unit. Rented a 3 rooms apartment. The unit is very dirty. With cockroaches in it. The air con in living room was spoiled, contacted the property agent yet no solution given. Ended up staying in a SAUNA room for two days!!

To stay for 1 nite in this property is okay, only the parking space quite far from the elevator.

Disliked My kids enjoy the pool. Easy to reach the property. Dizziness when going down from the parking lot located on level 10 of the block which is twisting and turning.

Pleasant

Liked Facilities was excellent.

Disliked Many of the plugs weren’t working and location of the plug is not practical.
