Liked The hotel did not accept my booking at all via Hotel.com....they said the hotel was full. No communication or notice in advance. I was already at the location when they inform me the hotel was fully booked....I have to resort to other hotel...very bad experience and service

Liked Check-in was a breeze, location is perfect, room is clean but very basic and tv is not working. Expected though for the price of the room.
