Disliked There is a strange smell in the toilets like standing water. TV doesn’t function properly, wouldn’t allow me watch YouTube. No chairs in the living hall… switches to lights in the main bedroom was also weird, had to turn that off and on using the fan button. For price I paid expected more.

Liked The apartment is in an awesome location and it faces the sea and the sunrise visible off the left from the balcony. The apartment is small and relatively comfy.

Disliked Booked the one that didn't have a sofa but on raised platform. No cushions were provided even though photos show them. Some of the light switches are barely working. This apartment definitely needs some service. The sheets were not changed and was dirtly, good thing the cleaner dropped by to change it for us. The tv was able to be switched but can't do anything. The wifi is barely working when we wanted to watch a movie or a football match.

Disliked Actually I am very upset with the room. It was extremely smelly, and both toilets had urine stains and feces that were not cleaned properly, which clearly shows that the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. Since you charged RM89 for cleaning, I expected a much better level of cleanliness. The spoons and forks in the kitchen were rusty, the table was broken, and the bathroom sink was heavily stained. Overall, the condition of the room was very disappointing and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. I am really not satisfied with the stay and do not feel that it was worth the money we paid. I hope you will look into this matter and take the necessary action. I would also appreciate your response regarding how this issue can be resolved.
