Maintenance could be better for guests

Liked Strategic location with eateries and convenient stores nearby. Pool is ok

Disliked Located on high floor, long wait for lift during check out. There's 5 lifts but only 2 working. Need to key in long password every time entering the door. Water pressure is pretty low. One ceiling fan not working. Not properly cleaned with dust on the floor and ceiling. Internet was not working but was fixed later. Balcony area was dusty. Bathtub was filled with dead flies and bugs.

Disliked toilet and wall is alot of yellowish stain, bathtub is dirty, seems lack of maintenance. The bidget of the rain shower is loose and water pressure is low. there has a tissue container but without any tissue, the mattress is collapse, the soap of dishwash is finished and did not replace it. Deposit took 10+ hours to refund, others host only took within 3 hours to refund after checkout.
