Disliked The rooms could be cleaner but the passage ways, the lifts and so really need cleaning. The iron needs to be a steam iron. Very hard to iron clothes that are creased without steam.

Disliked Having water coolers and no coffee in the room is totally fine. But if the ONLY tea and coffee is accessed from reception and not the room then that HAS to be available 24/7. Wanting to have a coffee at 4am and being told it was not available until 6am was pretty pathetic. Be sustainable for sure but not allowing your guests to drink coffee / tea for 1/4 of each day is wrong.

Liked The rooms are clean and comfortable. Good location, near to town. The only issue is the air cond is not cool.
Disliked The aircond is not cool. However the staff is willing to help to settle, they tried their best. Unfortunately, they were not able to able to settled.
