Liked We only stayed for one night but loved our stay. Lovely room, modern, bright and well-appointed. Comfortable bed and nice, hot shower. Very quiet. Super friendly staff.
Disliked The elevator was a bit scary ;-) A bit far from the city - but just a cheap Grab-ride away.
Liked Cozy place to stay. A comfortable resting place to recharge.
Liked I loved the room. For a solo traveller myself the ambiance of the room was fantastic, cosy, and relaxing. Shout to Farah for helping me with all my needs and be very accommodating.
Disliked It was unfortunate that I didn't have enough time chilling at the hotel room. Or not having enough nights to use the massage parlour on the second floor
Liked It provides Netflix. The basin is placed out of the bathroom, which is convenient. The owners are very friendly.
Disliked The whole room seems to be partitioned out, and the furnitures don’t look sturdy. There are sound coming out off and on from the bathroom, either from the heater or the drainage system, throughout the night, which we found a bit eerie. The location is way too far from city, making the travel more tiring. The cleanliness can be improved.

Liked All the same things we liked the first time we stayed here. We came back after we climbed Mt Kinabalu and enjoyed the foot soak in the spa centre on level 2 a lot!
