The property has potential but needs serious maintenance work and a proper clean.

Liked Location is solid, walkable to decent eateries and close to essentials. Parking's included, which is convenient, and the Kuantan views from the room are genuinely nice.

Disliked Everything else falls short. The place feels neglected. Bathroom door is deteriorating, the space itself is cramped (not workable for anyone larger), and there's visible dirt on the carpet that needed attention. One side of the bed has no bedside table. Pillows are flat and worn. Even the basement parking, which should be a win but smells of urine, which sours the whole experience. The only area that doesn't look tired is the lobby.
