I was struggling so much to communicate with the host, the host's staff, too much miscommunications until i thought they asked me to check out before time. Couldnt even write in proper english. Liked For me, the staff had a very bad attitude. They have many staff members, and one of them actually scolded me. Yes, they scolded me! I would like to express how I feel here. I made a booking from 4 June until 5 June, but guess what? They told me I needed to check out on the same day. Before that, on the evening of 4 June, I called one of the staff to double-confirm the date and time I should check out because I was confused after receiving the check-in and check-out instructions. One of them clearly told me, "Yes Miss, you can stay and check out tomorrow at noon (12 PM) without any extra charge." But then, about 10 minutes before 8:00 PM, another staff member WhatsApped me and told me that I had to check out on 4 June, the same day. If I wanted to stay until the next day, I would need to pay an extra charge. 💆🏼‍♀️ So please, guests, be careful. In my Booking.com reservation, it clearly shows that I booked from 4 June and checked out on 5 June. I don't understand why I was suddenly asked to check out on the same day and pay extra to stay until the date that was already stated in my booking.com.
