SG Residence Kuala Lumpur by Fortune Suites

Liked Conveniently located in the Bukit Bintang area. Close to the happening places yet you will still peacefully stay since it's across the road from the busy spots. Indoor security parking and many lots were available.Comfortable bed and clean bedsheet. I liked the generous space of the unit. Fast wifi was a plus too.

Disliked Check-in was quite manual. Maybe I am so used to self check-in. It was not very inconvenient but it's still inconvenient to arrange time to meet up with the host downstairs, collect & return key/deposit. I was a bit afraid that I didn't have check-in information till the very last minute of check-in. Otherwise I could kind of picture what the check-in procedure is like. I understand that the host would need a guest's passport but it was a bit uncomfortable the way he collected my passport information (took a photo of my passport using his phone camera on the spot) Maybe guests would feel more comfortable if he can do it in a more official way.

Unsafe Facilities and Unfair Deposit Deduction

Disliked Unsafe Facilities and Unfair Deposit Deduction We had a very disappointing experience. The shower head was already faulty and fell on me when I simply turned on the tap , a serious safety hazard. Despite this, the operator accused us of breaking it and wanted to deduct RM50 from our deposit, which is unfair as we did not damage anything. I sent a video as proof at 7.03pm, but only received a response during check-out (next day) even blue tick in Whatsapp, with no proper explanation. Other issues: No shower gel provided (Empty Bottle) Shampoo and hand wash bottles were filled with water Toilet auto-wash controller not working Very poor maintenance and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend staying here
