Setia Tropika Serenity: 4Bedroom Landed 12-16pax

Superb stay

Liked The house. Clean and tidy and give many extra bed/bedsheet/towel etc

Disliked Nothing

Not worth for money, rather book at hotel

Liked Location

Disliked The master bedroom water heater is not functioning. The second bathroom’s water heater is too old and the water pressure is low. The basin tap is too high and the basin is too small. The windows are leaking during heavy rain, causing the floor to get wet.

Great host and property

Liked Host was very prompt in answering my questions. Booked the property at a very last minute and host was able to accommodate to our arrival.

Disliked area was just out of the way but overall it was superb.

Overall enjoyed our stay. Just hope they fixed the issues

Liked Pic was really welcoming Allowed us to check in early

Disliked 1) heater not working 2) water pressure upstairs too slow all had to shower downstairs 3) no tv remote to use the tv
