Never book this place! The information on Booking.com is totally misleading!!!

Disliked The room's a total mess. There's rubbish in the washing machine, the sofa's dirty, and the whole place is moldy. We were totally shocked! We contacted both Booking.com and the host company, but they're no help. The host firm did finally move us to another room in the same building in the middle of the night, but then we found two huge cockroaches on the kitchen floor in the new room. We were too tired and speechless. This whole experience is just horrible.

Cockroaches and spiders. Horrible customer service and care.

Liked Not recommended, but location was good and near eateries that closed at 4am. Less than 15 min grab ride to KSL City.

Disliked Active cockroach infestation throughout our entire 3-night stay, including baby cockroaches which indicates a nest in the unit. First sighting was in the sink on night 1, and we continued finding cockroaches on night 2 along with a spider. The infestation made it impossible to sleep properly across both nights. When we raised the issue, the property had no alternative room to offer and only suggested cockroach spray and poison as solutions. They refused a refund despite the uninhabitable conditions. We were forced to cut our trip short and check out a night early. Would not recommend this property to anyone. Also the sofas had stains all over.

Disliked Terrible service. The host is reachable by WhatsApp but simple doesn’t reply. They act as if it weren’t their problem if something is Wrong with the appartement. For us the bathroom door locked from the inside and we couldn’t access it. We finally left without help from the host nor access to the bathroom. Very disapointing.

Liked The house was pretty clean and nicely designed. The facilities was also good but small. Value for money. Not bad place.

Disliked Guard chased us out saying visitors not allowed to swim there level 53. Then what's the point in us booking here if we can't use the facilities. Is the unit also allowed to even do Airbnb in the first place? Mentioned Setia sky 88 but unit at altuz towers. Hmm. Very confusing. The carpark was also all the way up. Takes some time to go up find parking. Inconvenient to go out often.

Liked Perfect for a 1-2 night stay. Room was well maintained in between tenants i guess.

My whole immediate family love it.Hope there is a penthouse that can accomodate all of us in future.
