Disappointed with the host and facilities..

Liked The house itself was okay, but the overall experience was deeply ruined by the host's behavior and management..

Disliked I am disappointed with my 30-night stay. The host was a bit pushy and demanding about deposits. Even though I understood that I had to pay for excess electricity, the host suddenly called me out of nowhere and insisted that I make the payment within just a few hours on the very same day. This short-notice pressure is completely unreasonable. Furthermore, the host demanded a higher deposit just because I was a long-term guest, which was never mentioned anywhere in the terms and conditions. The host needs to state these rules in the details clearly beforehand so guests can be prepared and not shocked by these sudden, urgent demands. To make matters worse, only one elevator was functioning for the entire apartment building during my whole 30-day stay, while the other one was broken. Waiting for the lift every single day was a huge inconvenience.

Disliked The toilet and house vry dirty, gt cockroach flying.when using toilet water, outside pipe and 2nd toilet dnt water supply.bad smelling🤢 balcony slide door can't close stuck.🤦very dissatisfied with the prices and the condition of house 😔

Liked Cozy, feels like home. Only good for sleep. Got aircond each room and on the living room. Got wifi too

Disliked PREPARE RM200 more for deposit. House not clean enough, floor was dusty. Free parking but outside the apartment. If you lucky enough you can get parking 😂 no coway or mineral water . Bathroom only one. Outside the room

Liked She didn't even give me the entrance card I contact with her and ask her again and again and then she gave me card she leave card in front of the house even when I contact with her she replied me back after 4 days everytime

Disliked Everything was broken when I used it . The facilities shown in description is not what we got. Even washroom is also not good it mention they have 2 washrooms but one is with commod and shower the other one is just a shower where there is no space for a person to get shower easily. And drainage is damaged I contact with her but she didn't replied me back and I gave 100myr to technician to get it right. Even AC conditions are not good we told her to do AC service after so many appeals. And I got so embarrassed in front of my guests even the location shown on descriptions is not appropriate it shown the lavish building but the building was too bad that no one can stay more than a day even not a day . I told her to give me back my deposit and she said you can check out but she can't give the deposit. Although before my arrival she said she needs security deposit of 700myr for security and if I didn't give she will not give me the code of the the door lock. I had to give her before my arrival because I was on the way and I hadn't any other option. And after arrival she said the electricity bill above 200myr will be cut from the deposit Although she charge me total 570myr for electricit
