Liked The location is ok

Disliked Book for 1 night with family, had a bad experience on the cleanliness. 1. 2nd and 3rd bed room is dirty, there are stain on the bed sheet. 2. There are worn and smelly tower hanging in the 2nd bedroom. 3. No toilet paper in both bath rooms. 4. The advertisement has nice photo on the swimming pool, when i get there, both pool has no water at all. 5. Property owner does not response in booking.com chat. Need to whatsapp his mobile, then he will demand RM100 deposit before give locker password for the key. I saw booking.com's rules say no extra fund shall be requested, this is violation. 6. The cleaning is done very casually, observed hair in the hanger and table tower is dirty.

Disliked We complained that the kitchen door knob was broken and locked and could not be opened from the inside because the knob lock was installed upside down. The manager asked us to remove and pull out the knob then after sending a picture of the knob being opened..the next day the manager burned our deposit of rm 100. It is not fair to do the client like that is our fault. It takes us one hour using card in order not to broke the knob and lastly the manager ask us to broke the knob and he take our deposit 😞

Disliked Slow wifi/internet connection..it keeps connect and disconnect but still manageable..there is a smell at master bedroom..hope the pic can put house perfume to improve because overall it was a pleasant stay..keep it up
